This supplement works great! In the past, I have tried glucosomine and chondroitin sulphates alone, which works ok but not like instaflex. I felt relief in just a week. Waiting to get my next supply.
Hi, I have tried Instaflex for about 4 weeks. I must say it worked. I have severe pain in both my knees and the pain subsided by at least 75%. But, I started having stomach problems. I do have a very sensitive stomach to acid and I believe that the curcumin and cayenne pepper was causing this. I stopped taking it and my stomach felt better but my joints are really sore now. I am going to try it again and see what happens. Has anyone else had this side effect?
